The client, by sending the purchase order confirmation, accepts unconditionally and is obliged to observe in his dealings with Polipole, the general conditions of sale and payment transcribed below, declaring that he has read and accepted all the information provided to him.
The information reported on www.polipole.com may be subject to change without notice. The promotions are to be considered valid while stocks last. Polipole commits itself to keep the site constantly updated but does not assume any responsibility in case of unavailability of products and consequent impossibility to deliver the ordered goods. The products are exclusively the property of Polipole.
Polipole excludes any responsibility for eventual errors and omissions in the information provided on the site. If due to technical problems or other inconveniences, the price indicated on the site should be lower than the correct selling price of a product, we will contact you to verify if you wish to purchase the product at the correct price, otherwise, your order cannot be accepted. The images of the products are not contractual and may differ in color, size, and accessories in the picture than the actual characteristics of the article, we are not responsible for any errors in the datasheet and image, before making the purchase, in case of doubt please consult customer service.
Image and description are not contractual. Each order will be accompanied by a regular invoice (if a company) or receipt (if a private) valid for warranty purposes.

Shipping Italy: For shipments in Italy the cost is € 6.50. Delivery times have a maximum of 3 to 4 working days.
Shipping Europe: For shipments in Europe the cost is €9.90. Delivery times vary from 3 to 7 working days.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The brand Polipole recognizes the right of recess as foreseen by the normative in force. The deadline to exercise this right is 20 days from the date of receipt of the goods within which the customer must notify us by entering a request for assistance to the mail firstname.lastname@example.org
The costs of returning the product are charged to the customer.
To receive the refund in case of payment by credit card or PayPal we will make the re-credit of the amount paid by reversing the amount from our back office.
To make use of the right of withdrawal is necessary that:
– the customer expresses the will to exercise the right of withdrawal in the manner described above
– the purchased goods are intact and returned in the original packaging complete in all their parts (including any documentation and accessories)
– the product is returned in the time and manner described above. The costs of redelivery are charged to the customer.
The goods once arrived at our warehouse, will be examined for any damage or tampering. After checking the integrity of the goods, we will make the refund. The refund covers the price of the product excluding shipping costs incurred by the customer.
DELIVERIES OF PRODUCTS
The delivery is made generally in 3/4 working days.
In the event that the products are not available at our warehouses delivery times will be extended and you will be notified as soon as possible.
For standard deliveries if at the time of delivery you will not be present, the courier will leave you a notice indicating the time of passage and the shipping number. The goods will remain in storage in the branch for about 5 days within which you must agree to a new delivery. Otherwise, the package will return to the sender. You can also contact the branch of destination to ask that the goods are held at the branch and then make the withdrawal at the headquarters. Delivery is made to the house number indicated at the time of purchase.
INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO RECEIVE THE GOODS:
When the courier will make the delivery you must verify:
– That the package is intact, not damaged or wet
– That the number of packages (number of parcels) indicated on the invoice corresponds to the number of packages actually delivered.
Any complaints must be immediately raised to the carrier, in the absence of these the product is considered delivered correctly and will not be able to obtain compensation.
If the unloading of the goods the packaging is damaged you must express a specific reserve: the package is accepted but before signing the document you must write I accept with reserve SPECIFYING THE SPECIFIC REASON.
It will be possible once the package is opened and found any damage, be compensated for the damage suffered.
If it is not possible to accept the package with reserve or if the damage to the product is visible without having to open the package must reject the goods.
In any case in which the goods are damaged you must send a written report to email@example.com within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Easy and safe payment without commissions. Polipole reserves the right to request additional information and the sending of documents proving the ownership of the Paypal account. In the absence of the requested documentation, Polipole reserves the right not to accept the order.
